Operations Assistant

Hybrid | $42,000 Annual Salary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operational Assistant to support our business development team in efficiently managing projects, tasks, and administrative responsibilities. This role requires a strong understanding of development development processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing our development workflows and ensuring the successful delivery of software/ CRM projects. This Position will be 75% remote 25% in office in Jenkintown, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project management activities, including task tracking, scheduling, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with management executives to gather project requirements and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

  • Help maintain project repositories, version control systems, and documentation libraries.

  • ​Support software testing efforts by coordinating test activities, documenting test cases, and tracking issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and information sharing.

  • Provide administrative support to the executive and supporting team, such as scheduling meetings, organizing agendas, and preparing meeting minutes.

  • Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and documentation.

  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management executives. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Click-up, Trello, Jira  or Asana.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Go High Level, ManyChats, ClickFunnels, Wix (Wix Studios) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zapier, Slack, etc).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Professional phone etiquette.

  • ​Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
